Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Kidngo app, published by Jonathan VALLE (sole trader). By creating an account, you accept them without reservation.
2. The service
Kidngo offers parents creative activity ideas for children, inspired by holidays, seasons and events.
3. Account
Sign-up requires an email address and a password. Accounts are reserved for parents: children never have an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account. You must be an adult to create an account.
4. Subscription
Kidngo gives free access to "easy" activities and offers a premium subscription unlocking all content.
Subscriptions are purchased and paid through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, which act as the sellers for these purchases; their terms apply to payment.
5. Family sharing
A premium subscriber can create a family and invite up to 5 additional members (6 people in total), already registered on Kidngo, who receive premium access for as long as the subscription stays active. Each member keeps their own profile and their own data.
6. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is done in your Apple or Google account settings. Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
7. Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied immediately, by accessing the service as soon as you subscribe you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Refunds are governed by the App Store and Google Play terms.
8. Your obligations
You agree to use Kidngo in compliance with the law and not to harm the service. You carry out the proposed activities under your own responsibility and supervision: it is up to you to ensure your child's safety (suitable materials, allergies, safety instructions).
9. Liability
Kidngo provides activity ideas for informational purposes. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from carrying out the activities or from any interruption of the service.
10. Intellectual property
All Kidngo content is protected. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive right of use, with no transfer of ownership.
11. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the terms
The publisher may update these terms. Changes will be communicated to you and will apply from the date of their publication.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, contact us first at support@kidngo.app: we will look for an amicable solution.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, after a written complaint that remains unresolved amicably, you have the right to use the appointed consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C - Centre de la Mediation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Phone: +33 1 89 47 00 14. Website: www.cm2c.net.
Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
